Yes I do. In theory we should be at the office (in Stockholm) twice a week, I live in Uppsala. I go once a week on average and sometimes I don’t go for weeks. I can work flexible hours so some days I start at 7 and finish at 15:30. The management wants people at the office but my manager supports me (since I perform really well, what does it matter where I work?). I’d change job if they forced me to be at the office.
