Drawing on data from their members and job advertisements over the past ten years, Naturvetarna will present insights into the Swedish job market and its industries – including salaries, demand for skills, together with practical tips on how to remain competitive. Time will also be set aside to discuss the role of labor unions in Sweden, both as a safeguard for fair salaries and as an important interest group aiming to improve working and living conditions for international and national PhD students.
