Collective agreements are a cornerstone of the Swedish model. They create stability and predictability - and must be both respected and developed in line with changes in society. Naturvetarna defends the status of collective agreements and works to ensure that more companies are covered.
A growing proportion of the labor market is affected by international companies and EU legislation. Naturvetarna monitors its members' interests in the issues raised at national and European political level, both in its own advocacy work and in collaboration with other Saco unions.
The green transition, the implementation of AI and other major societal issues have a direct impact on how the labor market is changing at a rapid pace. Naturvetarna is working to ensure that our members can be an active party when the labor market is adapting and changing. For us, development, sustainability and security go hand in hand.
