What does the Swedish Association of Cytodiagnosticians do?
We work with all issues related to the professional role, education and development of cytodiagnosticians. For several years, Naturvetarna and the cytodiagnosticians have been working together for a license for cytodiagnosticians.
To run the association, courses and cytology meetings are organized for members on important and interesting topics. We also award a scholarship once a year.
The membership fee is SEK 17 per month and for student members it is free of charge.
As a member of Naturvetarna, you do not need to pay the membership fee to the Swedish Cytodiagnostic Association's plusgiro account. The membership fee is handled by Naturvetarna in connection with payment of the union fee. Those of you who have paid the fee will be contacted and refunded by the association. If you become a member of Naturvetarna during the year, you will also be contacted regarding a refund if you have already paid in to us.
