Here's what Naturvetarna wants to do for PhD students and postdocs:
- Universities should offer employment that is secure and long-term, and where there is funding over time.
- Foreign researchers should not be seen as cheap labor and equal conditions should apply to all.
- All researchers should have good living wages and not be funded by grants.
- Ensure that migration legislation makes it easier for international experts who want to establish themselves in Sweden, and their family members.
