For you as an employer

As an employer, it may sometimes be necessary to contact Naturvetarna,
for example when you want to:

• Provide information under the Co-determination Act (MBL)
• Send a request for negotiation
• Other matters

Before making a decision on a matter where there is an obligation to negotiate, you are obliged to first consult the trade union representatives at the workplace or, if there are none, to contact Naturvetarna.

Please note that a request for negotiation must be submitted before you contact Naturvetarna.
