Holiday pay
Holiday pay is the holiday pay you earned during your employment but did not take before you left. Holiday pay should normally be paid within one month of the end of employment.
If you have a short-term contract of up to three months and have agreed on holiday pay, it is usual for holiday pay to be paid at the same time as your salary, i.e. every month.
Vacation during the notice period
Holidays cannot be taken against your will during your notice period. If holiday has already been granted and you are dismissed due to lack of work, you can waive the planned leave if the notice period is less than 6 months.
