What does it cost to be a member?

What does it cost to be a member? The amount you pay as a membership fee depends on your occupation.
If you are a professional member (applies to employees, jobseekers and entrepreneurs), the membership fee is SEK 250 per month.
If you are a student, doctoral student, scholarship holder, pensioner, or employed abroad outside the Nordic countries, you have a lower fee of between SEK 0-175/month.
Professionals with a monthly income before tax of less than SEK 20 000/month can apply for a reduced fee online. If you are a member of a professional association, some charge a fee.

The membership fee does not include a contribution to Akademikernas a-kassa, which you apply for separately and pay directly to Akademikernas a-kassa.
