Can I prepare for awareness-raising sessions?
Of course, to make the conversation between you as good as possible, it is good to know in advance what you are going to talk about, so that you can prepare yourself. However, there are no rules that say you can demand information before the meeting, although you can request it.
You also have the right to bring someone with you to the meeting, such as a safety representative, a trade union representative or a relative. The discussion must be documented by the employer, and it is a good idea for you to draw up an action plan together, setting out what you need to improve or change. The action plan should then be followed up at regular meetings.
