Can I demand an employment contract if I have not received one?
According to the Employment Protection Act (Section 6c LAS) External link, opens in new window., you are entitled to a written employment contract within 1 month of starting employment. The contract must contain information about certain basic terms of employment, such as the type of employment, salary, working hours, vacation entitlement, etc. However, this does not apply if the employment is for less than 3 weeks.
