The Career Coaching Session – a coaching meeting for your development
Our career coaching sessions are based on a coaching methodology. This means that we don’t provide ready-made answers or solutions; instead, we support you in finding your own path forward. Through questions and reflection, we help you to:
- explore your work situation and your goals
- map your strengths and competencies
- identify development opportunities
- create a plan that is realistic and actionable for you
How it works
You play an active role throughout the process, and we are there as a sounding board and support. The session is 40 minutes and requires that you are prepared to think, reflect, and take steps toward your goals. Within five working days after submitting the form below, a career coach from Naturvetarna will contact you to schedule a time.
Did you know that, as a member, you are entitled to two optional career services per calendar year.
