As the trade union for Sweden's natural scientists, we know the skills and labor market of natural scientists. Therefore, we can offer services and tools so that our members develop and are secure throughout their working life and career.
We negotiate secure and flexible collective agreements that provide greater opportunities to influence individual working conditions and pay. Members therefore contribute to a sustainable working life. We also work to ensure that the skills of scientists are given the status they deserve. That's why we work daily to influence and develop society.
Naturvetarna is a non-partisan trade union within Saco, Sweden's central academic organization.
